As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, and IEP teams to help students achieve their greatest potential. The specific caseload may vary depending on district needs, allowing you to gain exposure to a wide range of students and educational environments.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA Certification is required
  • Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatrics is strongly preferred
  • Current state licensure for practice, if applicable
  • Background working within elementary, middle, and/or high school populations a plus
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
  • Design and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Consult with teachers, paraprofessionals, and multidisciplinary school teams for ongoing support
  • Track student progress using data analysis tools and thorough documentation practices
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and collaborating on educational plans
