Certified Middle School Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Fort Mill, SC

This contract opportunity offers you the chance to work directly with elementary, middle, and high school students, collaborating with dedicated teams to promote positive behavioral outcomes.

In this full-time role, you’ll work 37.5 hours per week as part of a multidisciplinary team, adapting to the varying caseload needs of each district. Your expertise will directly shape behavioral strategies and contribute to students' overall academic and social development.

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Licensed and certified to practice as required
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings (preferred)
• Knowledge across elementary, middle, and high school environments
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Offer coaching and consultation to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams
• Monitor student progress, analyze behavioral and intervention data, and maintain accurate documentation
• Work closely with IEP teams and participate in meetings to create supportive learning environments and address behavioral challenges
