Key Qualifications and Experience:
- National BCBA certification required
- Previous experience supporting students in school settings strongly preferred
- Familiarity working with diverse K-12 populations
- Up-to-date fingerprints; district may accept transfers from AHCA clearinghouse
- Willingness to complete district onboarding, including a badge photo appointment
- A flexible, team-oriented attitude
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families
- Provide direct and consultative behavioral support for assigned students
- Respond to district needs across two closely-located campuses
- Offer crisis or emergency support when required
- Maintain clear documentation and progress reporting in line with district policies
