Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Fort Smith, Arkansas

Advance your BCBA career in an engaging contract role providing expert behavioral analysis services for the upcoming academic year. This position offers you the opportunity to work closely with students and school personnel, making a meaningful difference throughout the school year from August to late May.

In this role, you will serve on-site, collaborating with school teams to develop and implement effective behavioral interventions and individualized student plans. Your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst will help support positive outcomes for students in an educational setting, while fostering a culture of inclusion, respect, and achievement.

Desired qualifications:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience working within school environments or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of behavioral interventions, data collection, and analysis
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing caseloads and student needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide data-driven consultation and training for staff and parents
• Supervise RBTs or other paraprofessionals as necessary
• Work directly with students to model, teach, and reinforce targeted behavioral strategies
• Document progress, write reports, and participate in team meetings as required
• Remain onsite and actively engage in all school-based activities and duties

This contract opportunity begins in August and continues through the end of May, with a single onsite position available. Initial interviews will be conducted via Zoom, offering a streamlined and convenient process.
