Key Qualifications:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Proven experience implementing behavior intervention plans in schools or clinical settings
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Indiana state licensure (or eligibility) highly preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop data-driven intervention plans tailored to student needs
• Support teachers and support staff in implementing behavioral strategies within classrooms
• Provide training and ongoing coaching to staff and parents on ABA techniques
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise related to behavioral goals
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations regarding student care and documentation
