Qualifications and Experience Sought:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Prior experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies and best practices
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member
  • Active state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start date)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Train and support staff, teachers, and families in effective behavioral strategies
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and review IEPs and student progress
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor interventions
  • Provide ongoing coaching and professional development to school personnel
  • Advocate for the needs of students with behavioral challenges
  • Maintain detailed documentation in line with school and regulatory requirements
