In this dynamic role, you will:

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Active BCBA certification
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs and behavior intervention plans in a school or pediatric setting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, staff, and families
• Ability to perform functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform interventions
• Current license or eligibility for licensure in Indiana as a BCBA

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify needs and design targeted behavior interventions
• Support and train teachers, administrators, and paraprofessionals on best practices and strategies for behavior management
• Collect, interpret, and report data to guide decisions and monitor student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on student goal-setting
• Maintain documentation and adhere to ethical standards in accordance with BACB guidelines
