Qualifications and Experience Sought:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Prior experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies and best practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member
- Active state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Train and support staff, teachers, and families in effective behavioral strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and review IEPs and student progress
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor interventions
- Provide ongoing coaching and professional development to school personnel
- Advocate for the needs of students with behavioral challenges
- Maintain detailed documentation in line with school and regulatory requirements
