Responsibilities
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Provide consultation and collaboration with teachers, administrators, and related service providers
Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data
Train and support school staff on evidence-based behavioral interventions
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
Ensure compliance with ethical and professional BCBA standards
Qualifications
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Active state licensure/certification, if required
Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Hourly rate range: $45 - $65/hr
W2 contracted role for the full school year.
