Desired Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification, with appropriate state licensure
  • Previous experience in an educational setting (elementary, middle, or high school)
  • Strong understanding of implementing and monitoring behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Skill in conducting assessments such as FBAs, and interpreting the results to guide interventions
  • Responsive communicator, able to effectively collaborate across teams and with families
  • Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and design individualized intervention plans
  • Work directly with students to build behavioral and academic skills
  • Provide training and ongoing support to teachers and paraprofessionals on best practices in behavior analysis
  • Monitor student progress, adjust strategies as needed, and maintain detailed documentation
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment to support the diverse needs of every learner
  • Serve as an integral resource in team meetings and IEP development
