Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Framingham, Massachusetts

Step into a part-time opportunity that supports student growth at a vibrant elementary setting near Framingham, MA. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you’ll offer expertise to a diverse caseload of approximately 29 students, ranging from grades 2 through middle school, focusing on consultation services in alignment with individualized education programs (IEPs).

In this role, you will enjoy a flexible two-day-per-week schedule, Monday through Friday, for the remainder of the 2025/2026 school year. Your primary function will center on guiding classroom staff and students with behavioral consultation, intervention support, and the continuous improvement of behavior plans. The classrooms are stable yet benefit from targeted support to further empower both educators and students.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• BCBA certification required
• Prior experience in a public school environment is highly preferred but not mandatory
• Skilled in supporting students with behavioral or social-emotional needs
• Proven track record implementing and updating behavior intervention strategies
• Effective communicator, collaborative, and committed to creative, compassionate, and team-oriented approaches

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral consultation to classroom staff and students
• Update, monitor, and assist with implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Equip educational staff with strategies for addressing and supporting behavioral challenges
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams, special education professionals, and administrators to ensure student success
