Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Framingham, Massachusetts

Step into a vital role delivering behavioral consultation and support in an elementary and middle school environment for the remainder of the 2025/2026 academic year. This part-time contract opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact, working two flexible days per week (Monday–Friday) at a supportive school site near Framingham, MA.

In this position, you will work directly with approximately 29 students receiving behavioral consultation services that align with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Your primary focus will be on behavioral intervention support, updating behavior plans, and equipping classroom staff with strategies that foster student growth and stability.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Strongly prefer experience in a public school setting
• Expertise in supporting students with behavioral needs and implementing evidence-based intervention strategies
• Outstanding collaboration and communication abilities with staff, students, and multidisciplinary teams
• Creative, compassionate, and highly team-oriented approach to working with both staff and students

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver behavioral consultation services focused on student and classroom team support
• Update and assist with the implementation of behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide actionable guidance and training to classroom staff on behavioral strategies
