This contract opportunity is ideal for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) seeking a flexible, part-time schedule and the chance to collaborate within a vibrant school environment.

In this role, you’ll guide approximately 29 students—including elementary and middle schoolers—offering valuable consultation to staff and supporting student success with effective behavioral interventions.

What you’ll bring:

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Strong skills implementing behavior strategies and updating BIPs
  • Background supporting students with behavioral needs
  • Effective communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Creative, compassionate, and team-focused approach
  • Public school experience preferred, but not required

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver behavioral consultation and intervention support for students (grades 2–5 and middle school)
  • Update and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) aligned with IEPs
  • Collaborate with classroom teams to problem-solve and incorporate behavioral strategies
  • Support special education staff and administrators to build capacity and maintain classroom stability
  • Document service delivery, progress, and recommendations as needed
