Preferred Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification
• Experience in public school settings is highly valued, but not required
• Prior work supporting students with behavioral needs and executing behavior intervention strategies
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
• Creative, compassionate, and open to working in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver behavioral consultation services for a caseload of approximately 29 students (grades 2–5 and middle school)
• Consult on and update behavior intervention plans
• Guide classroom teams in effective intervention and strategy implementation
• Work collaboratively with special education staff and administrators to boost student outcomes
