Preferred Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience in public school settings is highly valued, but not required
- Prior work supporting students with behavioral needs and executing behavior intervention strategies
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
- Creative, compassionate, and open to working in a team-oriented environment
Responsibilities:
- Deliver behavioral consultation services for a caseload of approximately 29 students (grades 2–5 and middle school)
- Consult on and update behavior intervention plans
- Guide classroom teams in effective intervention and strategy implementation
- Work collaboratively with special education staff and administrators to boost student outcomes
