Qualifications and Desired Expertise:

• Current BCBA certification required
• Experience working in school settings or with school-aged children strongly preferred
• Familiarity with conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and creating effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
• Strong skills in collaboration, consultation, and staff training
• Excellent communication skills working with multidisciplinary teams, families, and school personnel
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize caseload efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify student needs and develop targeted behavioral interventions
• Implement data-driven strategies to improve student behavior and outcomes
• Provide guidance, modeling, and consultation to teachers, paraprofessionals, and district staff
• Train staff and families to ensure effective intervention implementation and generalization
• Monitor student progress and revise plans accordingly, maintaining accurate reports and compliance
