Qualifications and Experience:

• Hold current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Possess valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) for practice as a BCBA
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred, or strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis with children and adolescents
• Solid understanding of functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plan development
• Outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with educators, students, and families
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop evidence-based intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement, monitor, and adjust strategies in alignment with each student’s needs
• Provide training and ongoing support for school personnel in the implementation of behavioral interventions
• Collect and analyze data to track student progress and modify plans as needed
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines in service delivery
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
