Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Experience implementing ABA strategies in school settings preferred
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Capacity to work effectively with diverse student populations and school staff
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee behavior intervention plans for students
  • Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure cohesive behavior management
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and provide training to school personnel
  • Monitor progress, track data, and maintain thorough documentation
  • Participate in meetings, collaborate on IEPs, and adjust support strategies as needed
