Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification required.
- Demonstrated experience working within school settings.

- Skilled at writing and implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee assessment, development, and implementation of evidence-based interventions tailored to student needs.
- Supervise, train, and support RBTs to deliver high-quality behavioral services.
- Collaborate with school teams to ensure the integration of behavioral strategies within classroom routines.
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform ongoing program modification.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on positive behavioral supports.
