Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Demonstrated experience working within school settings.
• Proven ability to supervise and support RBTs in educational environments.
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with staff, students, and families.
• Skilled at writing and implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee assessment, development, and implementation of evidence-based interventions tailored to student needs.
• Supervise, train, and support RBTs to deliver high-quality behavioral services.
• Collaborate with school teams to ensure the integration of behavioral strategies within classroom routines.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform ongoing program modification.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on positive behavioral supports.
