Desired Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working in schools, clinics, or similar settings with children and adolescents
- Demonstrated knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and best practices
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to provide leadership, training, and guidance to school staff
- Capacity to adapt strategies to meet a range of student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify student needs
- Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based behavior intervention plans
- Train and support teachers and paraprofessionals in behavior management strategies
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform individualized interventions
- Participate in IEP and team meetings to ensure continuity of services
- Work with families and staff to generalize student skills across environments
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
