Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Proficiency conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Compassionate and collaborative approach to working with students, staff, and families
• Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive behavioral evaluations and assessments
• Designing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans
• Training and supporting school staff on behavioral strategies and best practices
• Collecting, analyzing, and reporting behavioral data to inform instruction and interventions
• Collaborating with IEP teams and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure holistic student support
• Providing guidance and resources to families to promote student success across school and home environments
