Desired Qualifications:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working in schools, clinics, or similar settings with children and adolescents
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and best practices
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to provide leadership, training, and guidance to school staff
  • Capacity to adapt strategies to meet a range of student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify student needs
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based behavior intervention plans
  • Train and support teachers and paraprofessionals in behavior management strategies
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform individualized interventions
  • Participate in IEP and team meetings to ensure continuity of services
  • Work with families and staff to generalize student skills across environments
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
