Make an impact by supporting students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a dynamic school setting on a contract basis. Your expertise will guide educational teams and transform lives by developing effective behavioral strategies and interventions for students of varying needs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Hold active BCBA certification
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children or within educational settings is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data-driven intervention methods
  • Excellent observational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
  • Comfortable creating and presenting training for school staff

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze student behavior data
  • Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) aligned with student needs
  • Provide ongoing consultation and hands-on support to teachers, support staff, and parents
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data analysis
  • Document and report findings, interventions, and student progress in a timely manner
  • Offer staff training on ABA methods, positive behavioral supports, and implementation fidelity
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning
