This contract role offers 37.5 hours per week and provides the chance to positively impact the lives of students by implementing evidence-based behavioral strategies. You’ll work collaboratively with education professionals and directly support school teams, ensuring best practices in behavior analysis are consistently applied.

This position offers compensation between $55 and $65 per hour, reflecting your expertise and commitment to student well-being.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Experience completing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Strong background in direct observation and data collection
  • Familiarity and previous supervision of RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly desired

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive FBAs to assess student needs
  • Design and implement BIPs tailored to individual students
  • Perform regular classroom and individual observations
  • Oversee and provide supervision for RBTs, supporting professional development and fidelity of implementation
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, related service providers, and families
  • Document progress and provide clear, timely reporting
  • Participate in meetings and offer recommendations for effective, positive behavior supports
