Key Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Previous experience working within school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in data collection, functional behavior assessments, and program development
  • Ability to work independently while engaging positively with multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to guide interventions
  • Develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention and support plans
  • Train and coach school staff and families on behavioral strategies and interventions
  • Track student progress, maintain thorough documentation, and adjust plans as necessary
  • Participate in IEP meetings and communicate student goals and progress with staff and families
  • Promote an inclusive, supportive, and engaging school environment for all learners
