Qualifications:

• Valid BCBA certification
• Experience working with school-aged children or within educational settings is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavioral support interventions
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
• State licensure (if required)
• Flexibility and adaptability within a dynamic school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing student observations
• Design and oversee the implementation of positive behavior support plans
• Deliver training and consultation for teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to ensure fidelity of interventions
• Collaborate with IEP teams and participate in meetings, providing expertise in behavioral supports
• Evaluate student progress and adjust plans as needed to promote growth and inclusion
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
