Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Frisco, Texas

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with students, staff, and families to foster positive behavioral outcomes. The position offers a starting pay of $30+ per hour, with compensation adjusted based on your experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• Valid Texas teaching certification with SPED endorsements
• Background in SPED, social work, counseling, or a related field
• Preference for candidates with experience as a school counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), BCBA, or in psychology/social work
• Strong understanding of behavioral intervention strategies and support systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students with diverse needs
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to inform intervention strategies
• Actively participate in ARD, IEP, RTI, and 504 meetings as a behavioral support expert
• Provide ongoing consultation and support to classrooms for instruction and crisis intervention
• Collaborate with teams to promote a safe, inclusive, and effective learning environment
