Key Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience designing and implementing behavioral intervention plans within educational settings
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff
  • Comfort supporting elementary, middle, and high school students, ranging from 1st through 12th grade
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and data analysis skills
  • Flexibility to adapt strategies for diverse learner profiles

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assessing student needs and conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
  • Developing targeted behavior intervention plans for students in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 10th, 11th, and 12th grades
  • Training and coaching teachers and paraprofessionals in best-practice behavioral strategies
  • Collecting, analyzing, and presenting progress data in meetings with multidisciplinary teams
  • Providing direct and consultative support within both classroom and small-group environments
  • Maintaining thorough and timely records in compliance with school policies
