Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Garland, TX

What we’re seeking:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a strong plus
• Valid Texas teaching certificate, including Special Education endorsements
• Previous experience in special education, counseling, social work, or related field
• Background as a school counselor, LPC, BCBA, or in psychology/social work is highly valued
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Solid knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies

Your contributions will include:

• Designing and supporting effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
• Participating actively in ARD, IEP, RtI, and 504 meetings
• Offering support in classrooms and for crisis intervention situations
• Collaborating closely with educators and service providers to enhance student outcomes
• Working full time (37.5 hours per week) in a rewarding contract role
