Licensed High School Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Garner, NC

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification is required
• Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings is highly desirable
• Licensed to practice, with applicable credentials
• Demonstrated expertise in collaborating with educational professionals
• Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
• Develop and implement effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual students
• Offer expert consultation and ongoing coaching for teachers, paraprofessionals, and interdisciplinary school teams
• Monitor student progress through data analysis, ensuring accurate documentation and timely reporting
• Collaborate actively with IEP teams, attending meetings and supporting goal development
