Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for referred students

  • Serve as a key resource for teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams through consultation and real-time coaching
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on student support strategies
  • Oversee ongoing progress monitoring, data analysis, and documentation to inform interventions and share outcomes with teams
