High School Middle School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Garner, North Carolina

Support student success through applied behavior analysis in a full-time, school-based setting located in Garner, NC. This contract position offers the opportunity to work across elementary, middle, and high schools, providing critical behavioral support tailored to district needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams
• Monitor progress through data collection and analysis
• Collaborate with IEP teams and participate in meetings as necessary

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) required
