Elementary Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Gasquet, California

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. This full-time role (40 hours per week) offers the chance to make a tangible difference for students across three schools in a scenic Northern California community.

Key Qualifications:

• Certified as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) with active national credentials
• Licensed as an LBA in Oregon (must-have for this role)
• Previous experience in educational or school-based settings, ideally serving elementary-aged students
• Comprehensive knowledge of conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and designing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Comfortable working across multiple school sites as an itinerant provider
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly in multidisciplinary teams

Your Responsibilities:

• Serve as a behavior support expert working primarily with elementary students, while also lending your expertise to middle and high school teams as needed
• Conduct thorough FBAs and develop tailored BIPs to support students' individual needs and promote positive learning environments
• Provide ongoing consultation and collaboration with teachers, school psychologists, and other professional staff
• Monitor behavioral data, adjust interventions as necessary, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Deliver staff training on behavioral strategies to ensure continuity of support across different campuses
