Elementary Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Gasquet, California

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid and current national BCBA certification
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in Oregon
• Demonstrated experience supporting elementary-aged students; experience with middle and high school populations preferred
• Familiarity conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing/implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Strong collaboration skills for working with a multidisciplinary team including teachers, administrators, and support staff
• Organized, adaptable, and able to travel between multiple school sites as part of an itinerant role

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral assessment and intervention services across three school campuses
• Conduct FBAs for referred students and write/monitor individualized BIPs
• Consult with teachers and staff, offering training and support to ensure fidelity in behavioral interventions
• Accurately document progress and communicate recommendations to all stakeholders
• Lead professional development and parent training as needed
• Stay current on best practices and regulations applicable to school-based behavioral services
