Certified High School Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Gastonia, NC

Key Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Valid state licensure

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs

• Monitor student progress, analyze behavioral data, and maintain thorough documentation
• Partner with IEP teams, participating in meetings and ensuring compliance with educational standards
