Key Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
  • Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred

  • Solid understanding of evidence-based behavioral practices and data-driven interventions
  • Capacity to travel between schools within the district as needed

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
  • Oversee implementation of behavior support strategies in classrooms and other school settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote consistency and effective outcomes
  • Provide training and guidance to staff regarding behavioral best practices
  • Collect and analyze data to refine interventions and monitor student progress
  • Serve as a resource throughout the district, responding to areas of greatest need
