Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Experience supporting elementary-age children in school settings preferred
  • Strong skills in conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and collaborating with educational teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Commitment to fostering positive, inclusive learning environments

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments for elementary students
  • Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans in partnership with teachers and school staff
  • Provide direct support and coaching to staff and families
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
  • Promote a positive, engaging, and supportive classroom atmosphere
