Put your expertise to work supporting students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a dynamic educational setting near Gilroy, CA. This contract position offers flexible options for either part-time or full-time schedules, starting as soon as possible and extending through June 5th, 2026. You’ll collaborate with dedicated educators and school staff, using evidence-based strategies to positively impact elementary-aged students.

In this rewarding opportunity, compensation ranges from $55 to $70 per hour, depending on experience and schedule.

Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans for elementary-age children preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, families, and students
• Understanding of assessments, data analysis, and behavior management in school settings
• Flexibility and creativity in approach to meet diverse student needs
• Ability to start promptly and commit through the school year

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven intervention plans
• Work closely with teachers and support staff to implement, monitor, and adjust strategies for student success
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to classroom personnel
• Monitor student progress, collect and analyze behavior data, and adjust interventions as necessary
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering professional recommendations and supporting team-based decision making
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure compliance with school and district guidelines
