In this role, you will:

  • Utilize your expertise as an active BCBA to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for elementary students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure consistent strategies for student success.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments and make data-driven adjustments to interventions.
  • Provide training and support to school personnel regarding best practices in behavioral management.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and intervention outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Active and valid BCBA certification required.
  • Experience working with elementary school-aged students is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships within a school community.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
  • Flexibility to adapt to both part-time and full-time hours as needed.
