School Board- Certified Behavior Analyst

Position Details

• Location: Gilroy, CA
• Schedule: Full-time
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• School Year Dates: August 19, 2026 – June 11, 2027

Caseload & Responsibilities

• DO-based BCBA position supporting approximately 3–4 GUSD sites
• Mixed grade levels across the district
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide consultation and behavioral support to staff and educational teams
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families
• Manage and supervise 1–2 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong collaboration, communication, and case management skills
• Ability to travel between school sites as needed

Compensation for this position ranges from $52.50 to $72.50. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
