Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Rucker, CA area
Pay: $55.44–$65.32/hour
Schedule: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Setting: K–12
School Sites: 4

Responsibilities

• Provide BCBA services to K–12 students

• Supervise and support RBTs

• Develop and implement individualized behavioral interventions

• Monitor student progress and behavioral data

• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and other professionals

• Provide support across four school sites

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required

• Experience working with K–12 students preferred

• Experience supervising RBTs preferred

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work across multiple school sites
