Qualifications:

• Must hold active BCBA certification
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor 1-2 RBTs
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Commitment to full-time schedule: 8 am–4 pm, ASAP through June 11, 2027

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage behavioral programs across four school locations
• Supervise, support, and mentor 1-2 RBTs per assignment
• Conduct assessments, create intervention strategies, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with educational teams, parents, and administrators to ensure effective support
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and compliance with all state and district guidelines
