Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Glastonbury, CT

Experience a rewarding opportunity working with students from pre-K through 8th grade in a summer program setting. This contract position runs from July 7th to July 30th, with a convenient Monday through Thursday schedule (8:30am – 12:30pm, no Fridays required). As a BCBA serving a diverse caseload, your expertise will help drive progress for students with a variety of needs. With the possibility of renewal, this role also offers a chance to build lasting connections and gain valuable experience in school-based settings.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Previous experience working in school environments is a must
• Capable of supporting students across pre-K through 8th grade
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ready to adapt and contribute in a dynamic summer program

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, analysis, and intervention design for students within the assigned caseload
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student growth
• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on data and best practices
• Monitor progress and adjust strategies to ensure effective student outcomes
• Offer staff training and support on implementing positive behavioral supports
