Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative behavioral support and interventions to students across general and special education classrooms
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and administration to implement and monitor behavior plans
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop evidence-based intervention strategies
- Train and mentor school staff in best practices for behavior management
- Track progress and maintain accurate documentation to comply with school and district requirements
- Serve the school community during both the regular academic year and ESY sessions, adapting services as student needs change
