Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Glastonbury, Connecticut

The position begins as soon as possible, continuing through June 2027, with both school year (CSY, 35 hours per week) and Extended School Year (ESY) responsibilities.

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification
• Prior experience working in school environments is essential

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative behavioral support and interventions to students across general and special education classrooms
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and administration to implement and monitor behavior plans
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop evidence-based intervention strategies
• Train and mentor school staff in best practices for behavior management
• Track progress and maintain accurate documentation to comply with school and district requirements
• Serve the school community during both the regular academic year and ESY sessions, adapting services as student needs change
