Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Previous experience working with K-12 students in educational settings preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral intervention plans
- Comfortable managing a diverse caseload and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments for students requiring Tier II or III support
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure fidelity and effectiveness of interventions
- Provide ongoing training and support for school staff in implementing behavioral strategies
- Maintain documentation and data collection in alignment with best practices and school requirements
- Respond to behavioral crises and provide support as needed throughout the school day
