Bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to a vibrant school community for the upcoming academic year! This full-time, contract opportunity spans August 2026 through June 2027 and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact across K-12 student populations. Work Monday through Friday, providing essential behavioral services and collaborating closely with educators to foster student success.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Previous experience working with K-12 students in educational settings preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral intervention plans
  • Comfortable managing a diverse caseload and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments for students requiring Tier II or III support
  • Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure fidelity and effectiveness of interventions
  • Provide ongoing training and support for school staff in implementing behavioral strategies
  • Maintain documentation and data collection in alignment with best practices and school requirements
  • Respond to behavioral crises and provide support as needed throughout the school day
