Required Qualifications:

  • Active certification as a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Maryland
  • National BCBA credential in good standing
  • Strong knowledge of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Previous experience working in school settings or intensive needs programs preferred
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with staff, students, and other professionals

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive FBAs to assess student behaviors and identify effective interventions
  • Collaborate closely with IEP teams to develop, implement, and monitor individualized BIPs
  • Provide ongoing training and support to staff ensuring fidelity in BIP implementation
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of behavioral data to measure progress and drive informed decisions
  • Maintain clear, thorough documentation in accordance with program and regulatory guidelines
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, sharing insights and offering guidance on behavior management strategies

This full-time role follows a Monday through Friday daytime schedule, totaling 35 hours per week—supporting a healthy work-life balance while engaging in meaningful professional work.
