In this role, you will:
- Work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, totaling 35 daytime hours per week.
- Maintain current certification as a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Maryland.
- Hold a national Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
- Conduct detailed Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) for students with intensive needs.
- Actively participate with IEP teams to develop, implement, and refine Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Provide staff training on BIP procedures to ensure effective, consistent application.
- Monitor fidelity of BIP implementation, offering support and corrective guidance as needed.
- Track and analyze behavioral data; make data-driven decisions to enhance student progress.
- Keep accurate and comprehensive documentation, meeting all compliance standards.
- Take part in interdisciplinary meetings to align strategies and supports for student success.
