Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Experience working in school settings or with children/adolescents preferred
• Familiarity with behavior analysis techniques for diverse student needs
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt intervention strategies to meet individualized student goals
• Willingness to work collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform interventions
• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
• Provide guidance, training, and consultation to teachers, support staff, and families
• Monitor student progress and make data-driven recommendations
• Support the creation of a positive and inclusive school environment
• Ensure compliance with relevant state and federal guidelines
• Document services and maintain accurate records
