Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Experience working in school settings or with children/adolescents preferred
- Familiarity with behavior analysis techniques for diverse student needs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt intervention strategies to meet individualized student goals
- Willingness to work collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform interventions
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
- Provide guidance, training, and consultation to teachers, support staff, and families
- Monitor student progress and make data-driven recommendations
- Support the creation of a positive and inclusive school environment
- Ensure compliance with relevant state and federal guidelines
- Document services and maintain accurate records
