Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• In-depth understanding of ABA principles and best practices
• Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and develop effective interventions
• Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills
• Collaborative mindset with a desire to work closely with teachers, families, and related service providers

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support plans for students
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and interpret data to inform interventions
• Provide direct and consultative services to students, classroom staff, and families
