Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current BCBA certification required
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
  • Prior experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
  • Strong ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and develop effective behavior intervention plans
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Dedication to upholding ethical standards and supporting diverse student populations

Responsibilities:

  • Complete assessments to identify student needs and determine appropriate behavioral interventions
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Train and support teachers, staff, and families in utilizing evidence-based strategies
  • Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust approaches as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on behavioral goals
  • Stay current with the latest best practices in ABA and special education
