Licensed Behavior Specialist/Board Certified Behavior Analyst

LBS1 / BCBA – Full-Time School-Based Position

Onsite | School Setting

We are currently seeking a dedicated LBS1 or BCBA to support students and staff through behavioral intervention, consultation, and crisis response within a collaborative school environment.

Position Responsibilities

• Respond to team calls for students experiencing behavioral challenges or crises

• Support Autism Support (AS) and Emotional Support (ES) classrooms by developing behavior plans and modeling strategies for staff

• Assist with behavioral and de-escalation training for school personnel

• Oversee behavioral data collection and provide recommendations to educational teams

• Conduct observations within general education classrooms

• Remain onsite and available throughout the student school day to provide support as needed

Additional Information

• CPI training preferred; school can provide training if needed

Requirements

• Active LBS1 or BCBA credential/licensure required

• Previous school-based behavioral experience preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and crisis-management skills

• Experience supporting students with behavioral and emotional needs strongly preferred
