LBS1 / BCBA – Full-Time School-Based Position
Onsite | School Setting
We are currently seeking a dedicated LBS1 or BCBA to support students and staff through behavioral intervention, consultation, and crisis response within a collaborative school environment.
Position Responsibilities
Respond to team calls for students experiencing behavioral challenges or crises
Support Autism Support (AS) and Emotional Support (ES) classrooms by developing behavior plans and modeling strategies for staff
Assist with behavioral and de-escalation training for school personnel
Oversee behavioral data collection and provide recommendations to educational teams
Conduct observations within general education classrooms
Remain onsite and available throughout the student school day to provide support as needed
Additional Information
CPI training preferred; school can provide training if needed
Strong team collaboration and support system in place

Requirements
Active LBS1 or BCBA credential/licensure required
Previous school-based behavioral experience preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and crisis-management skills
Experience supporting students with behavioral and emotional needs strongly preferred
