A rewarding opportunity is available for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students across K-12 in a school setting on a part-time contract basis. This onsite role spans the 2026-2027 school year, with the assignment running from August 18, 2026, through June 10, 2027. You’ll contribute positively to the lives of children while collaborating with educators and support staff in a dynamic academic environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree required, with active BCBA certification
  • Demonstrated experience working with children; experience supporting those with disabilities is highly valued
  • Strong background in autism intervention, with previous BCBA experience preferred
  • Capable of supervising others, fostering effective communication and mentorship within a team
  • Comfortable engaging directly with students, teachers, and families

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct behavioral support and intervention for students in grades K-12
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Collaborate closely with teachers and school staff to support student progress
  • Conduct assessments, collect data, and analyze results to guide intervention strategies
  • Supervise and train paraprofessionals or behavior support staff as required
  • Maintain thorough documentation and prepare reports as part of student support teams
  • Participate in meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams

This contract role features a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, with 15-20 hours each week, allowing flexibility in work-life balance during the school year.
