Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Graham, NC

You’ll play a crucial part in shaping positive outcomes for students across elementary to high school levels, providing expertise and guidance as you support students with a range of needs, including autism and developmental disabilities. Working closely with educators, families, and a dedicated contractor under your supervision, you’ll foster growth and positive behavioral change in a vibrant school community.

This contract position offers full-time hours from Monday through Friday, totaling 37.5 hours per week, and will run until June 10, 2027. You’ll have the chance to make direct, on-site contributions and build relationships with students and staff alike.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree and current BCBA certification required
• Prior experience as a BCBA, especially in school or educational settings, preferred
• Proven background working with children, including those with disabilities and autism
• Comfortable supervising a contractor and collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to manage a K-12 caseload and adapt interventions for diverse age groups
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Deliver direct and consultative behavioral services for students across K-12
• Supervise and mentor a contractor, ensuring high standards of practice
• Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all relevant regulations
