Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Graham, NC

Step into a meaningful contract position where your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) can make a real impact across K-12 settings. This full-time opportunity is available immediately and extends through June 10, 2027, with a consistent Monday to Friday schedule totaling 37.5 hours per week. You’ll be working onsite, closely collaborating with educators, students, and other professionals to deliver evidence-based interventions and positive behavioral supports.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree and active BCBA certification required
• Demonstrated experience working directly with children, including those with disabilities
• Previous experience supporting students on the autism spectrum strongly preferred
• Skilled at supervising and mentoring others; must be able to oversee one onsite contractor
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students in grades K-12
• Provide consultation, training, and support for school personnel and families to implement intervention strategies
• Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to an on-site behavioral contractor
• Monitor student progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain detailed records
• Work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams to promote an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Stay current with best practices and emerging research in applied behavior analysis and special education
