Step into a meaningful opportunity working with an energetic young student as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a welcoming school setting. This contract position is centered on providing dedicated support and expert behavioral guidance, allowing you to truly make a difference each day. The role is onsite and runs from 7:30 AM to 2:45 PM, offering a regular weekday schedule with no weekends required.

You’ll become an integral part of a collaborative team focused on supporting the behavioral and mental health needs of one student aged 8 or 9. Your expertise will help shape and implement individualized strategies, working closely with educators and allied health professionals to create a positive and productive learning environment.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Experience in school settings is strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of behavioral assessments and intervention plans
  • Excellent skills in communication and collaboration
  • Ability to support children with significant behavioral needs
  • Dedication to upholding ethical standards and best practices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure consistency and maximum impact
  • Provide training and guidance to school staff on best behavioral supports
  • Maintain accurate records and document student progress
  • Advocate for student needs in team meetings and provide regular updates
