Key Qualifications:

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting or working with children/adolescents is strongly preferred

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, and families
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills for student progress and data collection

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans for students
  • Work on-site 1-2 days per week to directly observe and interact with students and staff
  • Provide training, resources, and ongoing support to teachers and paraprofessionals on the implementation of behavioral strategies
  • Regularly monitor, review, and update intervention plans as needed for continued student success
  • Present data-driven insights, intervention results, and recommendations to key contacts, including Chelsea & Jordan
  • Document progress and maintain confidentiality in accordance with school policies and ethical guidelines
