Desired Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential is required
• Experience in K-12 school settings is strongly preferred
• Skilled at conducting functional behavior assessments and creating behavior intervention plans
• Strong analytical, observation, and communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively both independently and with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students within the school environment
• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans based on data and team input
• Collaborate closely with educational staff to gather details and provide recommendations that support student goals
• Present findings, recommendations, and updates to key stakeholders, including Chelsea & Jordan
• Participate in relevant meetings and maintain accurate documentation
• Provide coaching and professional guidance to teachers and support staff regarding behavioral strategies
