This exciting contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced BCBA who is certified and licensed, with a passion for working across elementary, middle, and high school environments. Partner with dedicated educators and families to design and implement effective behavioral interventions that foster success and well-being for all students.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current BCBA certification and active license
  • Experience working in school settings at the elementary, middle, and/or high school level
  • Strong capacity for data collection, analysis, and program adaptation
  • Clear background in developing and monitoring individualized behavioral intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, students, and caregivers
  • Understanding of educational laws, policies, and IEP processes preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized BIPs for students, adapting plans as required
  • Collaborate closely with educators, related service providers, and families to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
  • Offer ongoing training and support for school staff in implementing behavioral strategies
  • Collect and analyze data to assess student progress and modify plans for maximum impact
  • Participate in IEP and other planning meetings, providing expert input for student support
  • Stay current with best practices and continuing education in behavioral analysis
