Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Valid state licensure to practice as a BCBA
  • Previous experience in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor effective behavior intervention plans
  • Experience training and supporting school staff and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and write detailed reports
  • Design individualized intervention programs for students based on assessment results
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote student success
  • Train and consult with school staff to ensure effective implementation of behavioral strategies
  • Monitor, document, and adjust intervention plans as needed to maximize student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
