Key Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Prior experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and strategies
- Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and collaborate with teams to design effective interventions
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized student behavior plans
- Provide coaching and training to teachers, staff, and families on behavior management techniques
- Collect data to analyze student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute to individualized education program (IEP) development
- Serve as a resource on behavioral matters for school personnel and families
