Key Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Previous school-based experience preferred, though not required
• Solid knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
• Ability to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and analyze data effectively
• Strong communication, consultation, and organizational skills
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving student and district needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and monitor behavioral intervention plans for students with diverse needs
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and interpret assessment results
• Provide training, support, and consultation to teachers, staff, and families
• Collaborate with IEP teams to develop appropriate goals and strategies
• Collect and interpret data to inform behavioral and instructional decisions
• Maintain clear documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Promote positive behavioral supports and encourage inclusive educational practices
