Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Greeneville, Tennessee

A full-time opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a school setting in Greeneville, TN. This contract position is scheduled to start ASAP and will continue through the end of the school year (EOSY). The role focuses on providing clinical oversight and behavioral support within an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the implementation of behavior intervention plans
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) to identify the underlying causes of behavioral challenges
• Develop and assist in the execution of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with school staff to monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and data analysis to measure treatment efficacy

Qualifications and Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
• Experience working within school settings preferred
• Strong skills in conducting FBAs and developing BIPs
• Ability to provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Location: Greeneville, Tennessee

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, five days per week
• Immediate availability preferred
• Contract duration from ASAP through end of school year
