We are seeking two BCBAs to support:

• A middle school caseload (full- or part-time options)
• A high school caseload (full- or part-time options)

Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification required
• Previous experience with school-aged youth preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families
• Train and supervise staff implementing behavioral interventions
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress
• Adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs
