We are seeking two BCBAs to support:
- A middle school caseload (full- or part-time options)
- A high school caseload (full- or part-time options)
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification required
- Previous experience with school-aged youth preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families
- Train and supervise staff implementing behavioral interventions
- Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress
- Adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs
