Key Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
- Previous experience in school settings or pediatric populations preferred
- Valid state licensure for practice
- Strong collaborative skills for teaming with teachers, paraprofessionals, and school leaders
- Effective communication and ability to provide expert guidance to both staff and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Create, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide ongoing consultation, coaching, and training for school staff
- Monitor student progress, analyze data, and adjust supports as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate actively in IEP meetings and team collaborations
