High School Elementary Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Greensboro, North Carolina

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for a diverse student population.
• Develop and implement effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual needs.
• Offer ongoing consultation, modeling, and coaching for teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams.
• Monitor progress, analyze behavioral data, and maintain thorough, accurate documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing valuable input for team-based educational planning.

Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred.
• Skilled in working collaboratively and communicating effectively with students, staff, and families.
• Licensed and certified to practice in relevant school settings.
• Comfortable supporting learners across elementary, middle, and high school levels.
