This contract, school-based opportunity calls for a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to collaborate closely with district teams and help shape positive learning environments for diverse student populations.

The role offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. Caseloads may vary according to district needs, allowing you to engage with a variety of situations and partner with staff in meaningful ways.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Offer consultation, coaching, and training to teachers, paraprofessionals, and teams
  • Monitor student progress, analyze data, and maintain thorough documentation
  • Collaborate with IEP teams and participate in meetings as required to support comprehensive student plans

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active BCBA Certification is required
  • Licensed and certified to work as a Behavior Analyst in schools
  • Experience supporting students in elementary, middle, or high school settings is highly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication and teamwork
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience is beneficial
