Middle School Elementary Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Greensboro, North Carolina

Key Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
• Previous experience in school settings or pediatric populations preferred
• Valid state licensure for practice

• Effective communication and ability to provide expert guidance to both staff and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Create, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide ongoing consultation, coaching, and training for school staff
• Monitor student progress, analyze data, and adjust supports as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate actively in IEP meetings and team collaborations
