High School Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Greensboro, North Carolina

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student strengths and needs
• Designing and implementing evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to diverse learners
• Providing consultation, training, and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and multidisciplinary school teams
• Monitoring student progress through data collection, thorough analysis, and clear documentation
• Collaborating with IEP teams, contributing insights and actively participating in IEP meetings

What we’re looking for:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, current and active
• Licensure credentials as required for school-based practice
• Prior experience in schools or pediatric settings is preferred
• Solid communication skills, a collaborative approach, and adaptability to varied school cultures
