Key Qualifications:

• Current BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification is required
• Valid professional license for practice

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for students requiring support
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide on-site consultation, training, and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff
• Collaborate with IEP teams, actively participating in meetings and helping guide team decisions
• Collect and analyze behavioral data, and maintain detailed documentation in accordance with district guidelines
