Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to understand student needs.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Offer consultation and ongoing coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and entire school teams.
  • Utilize data-driven progress monitoring, analysis, and clear documentation to shape intervention strategies.
  • Partner with IEP teams, contributing insights and participating actively in meetings as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) is required.
  • Proven experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication, collaboration, and building positive relationships within educational environments.
