Key Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or equivalent experience as a Behavior Specialist
- Demonstrated experience supervising RBTs or similar staff in a school or youth setting
- Strong understanding of the development and implementation of functional behavior plans
- Excellent collaboration and coaching skills when working with educational professionals
- Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and student-centered behavioral practices
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide professional supervision, training, and guidance to three RBTs
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support best practices in classroom management
- Create, review, and adjust data-driven behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
- Offer hands-on assistance and model behavioral strategies to promote student success
- Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to a positive school-wide climate
