Licensed High School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Greenville, South Carolina

Bring your expertise in applied behavior analysis to a diverse caseload that varies according to district needs. Your day-to-day will include direct collaboration with students and staff, implementation of positive behavior supports, and ongoing involvement in the educational team process.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct thorough Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
• Develop and oversee effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Offer ongoing consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams
• Analyze student progress data, monitor outcomes, and ensure accurate documentation
• Partner with IEP teams, participating in meetings and contributing your insights to best support each learner

What We're Looking For:

• Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• School-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Valid professional license for practice, as required
• Proven ability to foster positive, productive relationships with multidisciplinary teams
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
