Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Greenwich, CT

Take your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and make a difference in elementary education for the 2026-2027 school year! This full-time, contract opportunity begins August 24th, 2026, and extends through June 24th, 2027. You’ll help shape positive outcomes for PreK through 5th grade students, with a manageable caseload of 10-15 learners—including those in an elementary behavior class.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (current and in good standing)
• Experience providing behavior analysis in school settings, preferably with elementary-aged children
• Demonstrated skill in developing and implementing behavioral intervention plans
• Strong collaboration skills for working alongside teachers, support staff, and families
• Familiarity with data collection, interpretation, and ongoing behavioral assessments
• Confidence to support and coach educators in best ABA practices

Responsibilities:

• Deliver behavior analytic services to students in PreK through 5th grade, focusing on individualized needs
• Develop, monitor, and update behavior intervention plans for your caseload of 10-15 students
• Offer direct support to the elementary behavior class and general education settings as needed
• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, paraprofessionals, and interdisciplinary teams
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and facilitate data-driven decision making
• Provide training and consultation to school staff and parents on effective behavioral strategies
