This contract role begins August 24, 2026, and continues through June 24, 2027, offering a fulfilling full-time schedule. You’ll play a pivotal part in guiding PreK through 5th grade students, working directly with a manageable caseload of 10-15 children—including those in the elementary behavior program. Your expertise will directly shape student success and be valued by a collaborative, dynamic team.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Previous experience working with elementary school-aged children, particularly ages PreK – 5
  • Strong skills in Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA), data collection, and treatment planning
  • Comfortable supporting students with behavioral challenges in both 1:1 and group settings
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with teachers, families, and other school professionals

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans
  • Provide direct and consultative services for students and classroom teams
  • Support a specialized elementary behavior classroom as well as inclusion settings
  • Collaborate with other professionals to train staff and provide ongoing consultation
  • Monitor progress, document interventions, and adjust strategies as needed
