Desired Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification is required
- Previous experience working in a school environment, ideally across diverse age groups

- Proven ability to implement and monitor behavior intervention plans

Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and consultation to two sites with a total caseload of 15 students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Offer specialized support for the elementary behavioral class, collaborating with staff to address student needs
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform best practices
- Train and coach staff in implementing effective behavioral strategies
