School-Based BCBA Position Near Greenwich, CT

Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Schedule: Full-Time | 35 Hours/Week
Setting: School-Based | Autism & General Education Support

A school-based team near Greenwich, CT is looking for a BCBA to provide behavioral support across general education settings and classrooms serving students on the autism spectrum. This is a full-time opportunity running through the end of the 2026–2027 school year.

Position Details:

ASAP through June 30, 2027
35 hours per week
Full-time schedule
Support general education students
Support classrooms serving students on the autism spectrum
Caseloads covering 1–2 grade levels
Conduct FBAs
Develop and monitor BIPs
Consult with teachers and school staff
Provide behavioral recommendations and support
Collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams
One position currently available

Requirements:

Active BCBA certification
Previous school-based experience preferred
FBA and BIP experience
Experience supporting students with autism is a plus
Strong behavioral consultation skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
