Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Knowledge of behavioral interventions for students from PreK–Grade 5
  • Experience working in elementary school settings preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to manage, support, and advocate for a caseload of 10–15 students
  • Commitment to serving diverse student needs, including the elementary behavior class

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver behavioral support and analyses for students in PreK–5
  • Oversee and guide a caseload of 10–15 elementary students
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to optimize individual student success
  • Direct interventions and participate in team meetings for comprehensive support
  • Provide recommendations and ongoing progress updates
