Desired Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification is required
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience delivering ABA services within school settings strongly preferred
• Proficient in developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Excellent communication skills for working with teachers, administration, families, and support staff
• Ability to supervise and train RBTs or paraprofessional staff as needed
• Collaborative, flexible approach to problem-solving and teamwork

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized BIPs for students
• Provide direct consultation and support to teachers, students, and families
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to track progress and modify interventions
• Facilitate professional development and training for staff regarding ABA strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to behavioral services
