Key Qualifications:

  • Active and current BCBA certification is required
  • Prior experience working in school environments strongly preferred
  • Comprehensive understanding of functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Confidence in working with diverse student populations
  • Ability to coach and consult with school staff and families

Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Conducting thorough behavioral assessments to guide evidence-based strategies
  • Providing training and consultation for teachers, staff, and parents
  • Analyzing data to track student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Supporting IEP development and participating in team meetings
  • Delivering ongoing support and feedback to ensure successful student outcomes

This full-time, 37.5 hours per week contract runs from August 10, 2026, to June 4, 2027. You'll have the chance to work closely with dedicated educators and affect real change throughout the academic year.
