Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Active BCBA certification through the BACB
• Experience working in educational settings, preferably with K-12 students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with school staff, students, and families
• Ability to develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
• Proficiency in data collection, progress monitoring, and report writing
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in dynamic school environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop evidence-based intervention plans for students
• Provide direct and consultative services to students and staff
• Train and support teachers, aides, and staff in implementing behavioral strategies
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational goals
• Ensure compliance with all pertinent laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines
