This role provides the chance to deliver high-quality behavioral services, working collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families in the Gulfport, MS area.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Current BCBA certification required
- Master’s degree in Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Previous experience in a school or educational setting preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with implementing FBA/BIP and data-driven practices
- Ability to train and support educational staff and caregivers
- Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Work directly with students, teachers, and support staff to address behavioral and social challenges
- Train and coach school personnel in behavior intervention techniques
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and data collection
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic student needs
