This role provides the chance to deliver high-quality behavioral services, working collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families in the Gulfport, MS area.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current BCBA certification required
  • Master’s degree in Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a school or educational setting preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with implementing FBA/BIP and data-driven practices
  • Ability to train and support educational staff and caregivers
  • Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Work directly with students, teachers, and support staff to address behavioral and social challenges
  • Train and coach school personnel in behavior intervention techniques
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and data collection
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic student needs
