Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Previous experience working in educational or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong skills in data-driven assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Ability to provide training and support to school staff and families
• Must meet all state and local requirements for school-based behavioral health providers

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to integrate behavioral strategies
• Provide ongoing case supervision, staff training, and consultation
• Monitor student progress, adjust plans as needed, and maintain thorough documentation
• Support program development and compliance with best practices and regulations
